SARDI CHEF RECIPES IN THE WORLD OF ANCIENT PHOENICIANS

A culinary tour through time and space: This is the twelfth episode of our program. The stories of four chefs from Texas, Germany, Vatican and Peru. Two recipes come down to us by the Phoenicians, and two others suggested by Professor Leoshi: an Icelandic and a Thai.
But above all, a bet LIVE from the terrace of the headquarters of RAI Cagliari, with both public and guests .

It starts from the restaurant in Texas Efisio Farris with important testimonials such as Oliver Stone and Bush Sr., the awards will go to Germany's Mario Vacca and lunches in the Vatican Papal Giampaolo Pisano, until you get to malloreddus Peruvian Pier Paolo Tremendo.
